This Patreon exclusive tutorial is going to be a fun and interesting one. There was a recent addition to the SideFX labs tools for tree generation. This set of nodes is very powerful and lets you build procedural trees completely within Houdini. This is a great option for people who do not have access to a dedicated tree tool like SpeedTree.
There are a lot of options you can customize, both procedurally & manually to easily randomize your asset. I will be going over the different nodes, the parameters, and how to build a custom tree based on some reference.
