This documentary follows Brandon, a fisherman, chef, and gyotaku artist from Hawaii. Inspired by TV, he started making gyotaku prints to honor each catch and then cooks the fish to make sure nothing goes to waste. On his YouTube channel, he shares his love for the ocean, art, and sustainable fishing.
