Aliona goes to KO Zone Gym in Miami to meet us with US Navy SEAL, Tony Sentmanat , to go through one of his Real World Tactical workouts. The first thing Tony is going to tell her is it's all about your mindset. “Without a strong mindset you won't accomplish anything.”
The first half of the training is conditioning, that Aliona is not used to. So her heart rate is going to sky rocket, lungs burning.... She's going to have to deal with a lot of issues.
The bodybuilding stuff is easy, she does that all the time. But, to push here.... this is where her mindset has to take over. That's because that's the point where she's going to decide to quit or not.
