In this Architectural thesis project we're mainly focusing on, representing konkani cultural activities and generate employment opportunities for local through providing services like stay facilities, food mall, sale of local products.
Our site location is Aare ware beach in Dist - Ratnagiri. It's upcoming major tourist spot in konkan region. So this cultural center is provide facilities to tourist at the same time locals can get employment. This is the main vision of this project.
