Blinken, the 71st Secretary of State of the United States, for a conversation with Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison on the state of foreign affairs. This event, which was co-hosted by the Clements Center for National Security and the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law, was held on Wednesday, October 4, at 1:00 pm in Hogg Memorial Auditorium.
