Thank-you to Kaijusaurus on Tumblr! Hope he/she doesn't mind me reposting them here.
GodzillaLand was a show made to tie-in with Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla 2. Two OVAs were made. One in 1994 and the second in 1996. The second OVA featured Gojirin, the female Godzilla. The third episode featured here is the oldest I believe. It seems like it was made to advertise the Bandai toyline. I'm not sure if any more live-action episodes were made.
