i am happy and content, now and forever. i am filled with happiness and optimism, this is embedded in my entire being. this bountiful happiness radiates from the very core of my being, invigorating me on a daily basis. i am incredibly happy. i am incredibly content. i am wonderfully happy. i am wonderfully content. i continue to strive towards my complete and total happiness and joy on a daily basis because i deserve it. i deserve happiness. i deserve joy. and i receive it. daily. i achieve happiness daily. i achieve joy daily. this feeling stays with me forever. happiness and joy are permanent fixtures within my life that i experience constantly. happiness is mine. contentedness is mine. joy is mine. forever.
