In this video, I will be showing your how to make fish rolls, Sri Lankan Jaffna Special spicy fish roll snack. I will show you how to make these tasty crispy fish rolls step by step.
Ingredients:
1 tin fish
turmeric powder less than 1/2 Tsp
3 boiled potatoes or 500 grams
2 Tbsp of oil
1/2 Tsp of mustard seeds
1 Tsp of fennel seeds
140 grams or 1 onion
2 sprigs of curry leaves
7 small green chili's
jaffna curry powder 1 Tbsp
pepper powder 1 Tsp
1 Tsp of salt
lime/lemon according to your taste
all purposes flour/wheat flour/palm flour 3 cups or 500 grams
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
1 Tsp of salt
3 cups + 1 1/2 Tbsp of water
flavored rusks/bread crumbs
