Due to societal taboos, she kept this realization to herself, enduring bullying and mental harassment throughout high school and pre-college. Despite the challenges, she completed her MBBS and initially worked in private hospitals until her transgender identity was disclosed. Consequently, she lost her job and faced difficulty finding new employment, leading her to a period of begging.

During this challenging time, she learned about an organization dedicated to helping transgender individuals. Joining them, she worked as a doctor. With support from a doctor at Osmania General Hospital, she applied for the CMO role, successfully securing the position. This marked the end of her struggles.
