Antique Rusty 'TESPA' Spiral Rod Tie Tensioner Binding Tool Restoration

Restoration Video Overview:
In this video, we are restoring an old tie tensioner binding tool with a spiral rod. We bought this tool from the Friday Market in Gujranwala. It was completely stuck due to heavy rust and was not functioning properly.

We began the restoration process by removing the rust and cleaning off dust, then disassembled the tool. During disassembly, we faced challenges as it was stuck, but we worked hard to take it apart for you. After disassembling, we thoroughly cleaned all its parts using a wire brush and a mini cleaning machine.

For the locking structure, we used electrolytic rust removal. After cleaning, we polished all the parts and applied paint to enhance their appearance. Finally, we reassembled all the parts.
