Membuat LEMONKIST VODKA ( Vodka + Kulit Lemon + Kulit Sunkist ), 40% ABV

Video ini adalah pengembangan dari pembuatan Limoncello.
Pada pembuatan Limoncello, hasil akhir ada rasa pahit getir.
Modifikasi Limoncello kali ini saya kombinasikan dengan jeruk Sunkist.
Kombinasi dengan jeruk Sunkist sangat mengurangi rasa pahit getir dan melengkapi keseluruhan atribut rasa dan aroma menjadi lebih halus.

Bahan dan cara membuat :
2 liter alkohol 40% hasil distilasi jagung.
2 bh jeruk lemon
5 bh jeruk sunkist
Gula jagung secukupnya

Parut kulit jeruk lemon dan sunkist, namun tidak dengan daging kulit bagian putihnya, karena akan menambah rasa pahit getir.
Rendam dalam alkohol tadi dan diamkan selama 5-7 hari.
Setelah 5-7 hari, saring dan bisa dinikmati.
Catatan :
Lebih baik dimaturasi minimal 2 bulan, untuk mendapatkan rasa yang halus.

Materials and how to make:
2 liters of 40% alcohol from corn distillation.
2 lemons
5 sunkist oranges
Corn sugar to taste.
Grate the zest of the lemon and sunkist, but not the white flesh of the skin, as this will add a bitter and bitter taste.
Soak in alcohol earlier and let stand for 5-7 days.
After 5-7 days, strain and enjoy. Notes :
Better to mature for at least 2 months, to get a smooth taste.
