Post depression (also called post show blues) is when an actor or performer is said that a project that they were a part of such as a film or movie, play, musical or other type of performance is over. How bad post show depression is depends on the individual, their experience in that show and many other factors. In this video, I go over some of the common reasons why people experience post show depression and how to deal with it.
