This episode begins on a barren field where McQueen and his cat KAIL try to plow the hard ground to plant corn. McQueen pulls the plow with great effort, struggling with every step. In the adjacent field, farmers SUPERdog and Mater plowed the land with ease and mocked them, making KAIL feel small and ashamed of his situation. Upon returning home, KAIL's frustration exploded. McQueen returned in a rage, destroying farmers SUPERdog's farm and storming the village. Houses were smashed, villagers scattered in fear, and some called the police while fleeing.
