MEATBALL level cap.
Overall he's just a pretty chill frame if you can get behind his constant need to consume enemies & clunky casting animations. What he lacks in single target damage he make up for with AOE Gas clouds & armor strip.
A big problem I found with Arcane Persistence is that it's bugged, sometimes enemy's attacks just bypasses the 500/s damage attenuation and just 1shots me, you can see it happen a couple times in the run.(usually it's DoT like Slash, Electric, Toxin or Heat)
