250g red onions
250g sprats
75g green chillies
100g dates
piece of pandan leaves
3 curry leaves
8 cardamoms
3-4 pieces of cinnamon
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp mustard paste/powder
4 tbsp chilli powder
3 tbsp chilli flakes
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
4 tbsp vinegar
8 tbsp tomato sauce(add more if you like)
salt
2-3 tbsp sugar
coconut oil

10-12 tamarind seeds
