Why is singing so hard? And can you get better?

Many people misunderstand singing...it's not something you're just good at or bad at. It's a skill like any other, and most people need to work at it in order to get better. So yes! You can get better. And there's a reason it seems difficult at first! In this video I'm talking about how your body functions differently in singing than anywhere else, what the process of learning to sing looks like, plus my favorite exercise for creating balance in the body for singing.
