Pumpkin Bisque:
I used about 20 ounces of roast pumpkin,
1/3 cup of heavy cream (you can also use milk)
1-2 cups of water (depending on how thick you want it)
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
1 tablespoon of butter
salt to taste
Combine ingredients well in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
To roast pumpkin seeds-I rinsed the pumpkins seeds, coated them with olive oil, and added salt (app. 1 teaspoon-you can also added pepper or other spices, depending on what you like) and roasted on a baking sheet at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until lightly toasted.
