A new short, summer challenge!
These short workouts are designed for Summer routines to add into your summer days or at the end of a workout.
Yes, this is one of my favourites from the series! We have a lower body focused routine, legs and booty.
No equipment as usual, but it is back to back with no breaks and solid 8 minute workout getting those glutes and thighs burning!
