Filiberto’s claims to have the best Mexican Food in the Phoenix Valley. That is a bold claim and was proven to be a false claim as far as I’m concerned. The food was Good not Great. Service was good and it is a very Branded Establishment here in the Valley.
I reviewed the California burrito. This burrito consisted of  Carne Asada, French fries, pico, guacamole and cheese. This burrito stole the show scoring a 4.5 Forks. I was very impressed with this choice.
I also reviewed a shrimp burrito. This burrito consisted of Shrimp, tarter sauce, rice, cabbage and tomato. This was an average burrito, scoring a 3.5 Forks. I probably wouldn’t go back to get this burrito again.
Lastly I reviewed 3 rolled tacos. These were pretty bad. I think I gave this 3 Forks but it could definitely score lower. Was that good.
I also reviewed the horchata which was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed that refreshing drink.
Overall it was a good experience thanks to the Cali Burrito.
I would recommend this restaurant to my views just know what to order and you should be ok.
