Just 10 drivers owe Baltimore City more than $80,000 in unpaid speeding tickets from 2024, according to a new study. Bikemore analyzed the habits of "super speeders" and is now calling for accountability. The study shows each vehicle has received repeat location violations from cameras, with one of them receiving 56 citations at a single speed camera spot.
