A simple video of my latest project. A fully functional Liebherr LTM 1750 9.1. This 1:16 scale model has almost all the features of the "real thing." It's highly playable. Everything works perfectly and is a huge improvement over my previous project, the Mammoet LTM 11200.
12 RC functions, 25 PF motors controlled by the BUWIZZ hub.
The chassis and outrigger construction have been dramatically improved. The outriggers are now so strong they can handle significant weight. This is essential. With a total counterweight of 4.5 kg (!!), functional outriggers are essential. Otherwise, the crane would fall backward without a load on the hook.
The Lego 1750 can now assemble itself just like the real thing. It's all motorized.
I tested the maximum lifting capacity up to 3 kg. More might be possible…
