As part of Sport SG's active enabler programme, we created a fun way to use everyday objects that can be found at home to use as a tool for exercising and dance! There are a total of 4 objects to interact with: A Box, Broom, Towel and Bottle.
Try out the challenges(all 3 videos per object) for a week and show us your take on the final choreography(The play segment)!
