Hey everyone, welcome back to the channel!
Today, I’m trying something a little different—fishing at the Natural Exotic Fish Fishing Pond (WL Pond) here in Behrang, Malaysia. I’m joined by my good friends from Japan and Indonesia, and we’re on the hunt for some monster fish!
We’re targeting the powerful Chao Phraya giant catfish from the Mekong and Chao Phraya rivers, along with the fierce red tail catfish from the Amazon. For gear, I’m rocking the Ajiking Wahoo Jigmax GT rod, loaded with PE 8 braid and a 70 lb leader—built for serious battles. I’ve also got the Seahawk setup rated for 30-80 lb—ideal for handling these heavy hitters.
