I get so many questions on how to do a Case Study for Business Analyst/Scrum Master during the interview process. So here’s a Healthcare Case Study!
In Week 1, we covered the project goal of the case study and also talked about the framework the case study should follow. Generally, there is no right or wrong way to present or work on a case study. Employers are generally trying to evaluate your analytical mindset on how you try to evaluate and solve problems, as you would as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master. The framework becomes important because it’s a replication of the SDLC or Agile Framework based on the work environment.
The framework that we’ll be using for this case study includes:

Create Use Case Diagrams
Create As-Is workflow diagram
Create To-Be workflow diagram
