replacing an ldo on an l3 hashboard that needs repair

after chip replacement, the board now has 3 to 4 hash chips showing and hashing. Although the test fixture still shows not enough asic

In previous videos it showed zero asic during 1st testing in previous videos

after replacing the chips the dc-dc circuit worked, and the boost circuit also worked. but there are more issues, now test fixture shows not enough asic
