ADCC Standout Michael Pixley (Mastering Darce Chokes & Mindset for Comps)

Today video is an Interview with recent ADCC 4th Place athlete, Michael Pixley of Pedigo Submission Fighting.

This interview was recorded way before ADCC, but it came as no surprise to me, or most people, that Pixley had such an epic run at worlds.

Pixley came into the gym to teach a takedown for BJJ class which focused on his upper body system, in particular Slide by Takedowns which helped him win 2 Collegiate level National Titles (D2 & NAIA National Champion at 184lbs) on top of winning tons of BJJ Tournaments like No-Gi Worlds, ADCC Trials, and more.

We go over mindset, training, nerves, technique, and more.
