In this episode Tim walks you through some different methods of utilizing a wiring diagram, and a way to make your own to suit the parts on your build. He first works on putting wires through the back bone and explains thoroughly why it is done referencing his wiring diagram.

Tim shows you an easy and clean way to do your wiring ring terminals. Get rid of those ugly plastic insulator covers and get your solder gun and shirk wrap out. With these techniques and Lowbrow Customs Cloth wires you can really get that vintage chopper look and feel.

Next Tim shows you how to hook up the headlight and ground it properly. With a small oversight on grounding the headlight, he shows you a safe way to drill into your fresh paint and not f*ck it up.

After the head light is wired up Tim shows you all the key features to the Lowbrow Customs Weatherproof Ignition key switch and hooks it up. He also hangs the coil and runs the wires for that as well.
