Melatonin Noise was the beginning of my exploration into concept sounds. While combining several established relaxation sounds wasn't new, it certainly captured a lot of people's imaginations and, thankfully, found a truly appreciative audience.
Several people commented that it could have been further enhanced with the addition of some gentle rainfall. I didn't disagree. Water sounds can be incredibly relaxing, and while the sounds of the ocean and streams appear in this, the addition of rainfall actually complements—rather than overwhelms—the overall relaxation experience.
When played at a higher volume, it not only blocks out external noises but also provides a serene, calming soundscape that helps with rest, sleep, or even concentration and study.
So please, sit back, get extremely comfy, and let Melatonin Rain wash away your troubles and lull you to sleep!
