A visit to Mirik helipad ground from Mirik lake via Swiss Cottages. In this video we walk to the Mirik Helipad from Devi Sthan Mandir near Mirik Lake. The Mirik Helipad is one of the most visited tourist places in Mirik for its beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding hills and mountains including Mt. Kanchenjungha. On the way we show you some hiking trails and key points on the Mirik Darjeeling bypass road which you should remember to reach Mirik Helipad. Before reaching the helipad we stop near the Mirik Swiss Cottages, a popular hotel establishment in the area with beautiful views of Mirik town. And after reaching the helipad, we give a detailed tour of the place, show you key points of interest as seen from the helipad and enjoy a cup of organic tea and some hot steaming momos from the stall right on top of the helipad.
