Kodubale using Butter
BUTTER KODUBALE
Kodubale meaning horn shaped bangles.
The shape of the snack explains it all.
This recipe is from my Mom whose efforts behind every lip smacking snacks was always relished & appreciated.
There r many recipes to Kodubale with chilli &masalas. This one is simple, crisp, subtle with a great flavour of butter n rice flour.
It stands unique.
Ingredients n method
Combine
rice flour - 250 gms
cold butter - 50 gms
Salt- as required 1 tsp
White sesame seeds - 2 tsp.
mix all well by rubbing the butter well on the flour.
Add water as and when required and make into a soft and smooth dough.
make small balls and roll it into a wick and give the shape of a kodubale.
deep fry in cooking oil.
