EATING 155G OF PROTEIN WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTS // FDOE
Today I take you through what a full day of eating looks like for me when trying to reach my protein goal. I am tracking my food at the moment to help maintain my weight for my powerlifting competition, but I highly believe that not everyone has to track their food. I dont share my macro, carb, or fat goals because the focus for this video is PROTEIN.
If you are someone who is new to their journey, or someone who is focused on hitting their protein goal, but have engraved in their head that you NEED to have supplements to help you reach your goals, I am here to show you and tell you that you absolutely dont need them.
Supplements can 100% be helpful in supporting your diet if you feel like you need the assistance from them, but you can definitely reach your goals without them!
