This game was released in 1951, and designed by Wayne Neyens. According to the IPDB, he built the game to have 3" flippers. However, Gottlieb didn't jump for the idea so it was produced with the standard size flipper for the time. The promotional photo (taken of the prototype) on the IPDB shows the game with the specially machined large flippers. This machine also sports four slingshots.
The footage is from an old Pacific Pinball Expo. Not a particularly thrilling example of play, unfortunately. I don't know that there's any other video of this game, however, so I reckon it's better than none.
