Today, right in our backyard, with my lovely family, we cooked one of the most delicious and traditional dishes from Qazvin, Iran — Gheymeh Nesar.
This beautiful dish is a celebration of flavors, made with rice, tender beef, barberries, almonds, and pistachios.
We prepared it the old-fashioned way, over an open fire, bringing back the memories of family gatherings and traditional cooking.
