Hello! If you can’t already tell I’m a huge lover of cream cheese and so are my family! So I made this cheesecake last weekend for my family’s get together and they finished the entire thing within the weekend. 😂 I’m really happy with how it came out! Since I’m on a diet I thought I’d share that a slice of this cheesecake without any toppings is 275 kcal (huge thanks to stevia)! Let me know if you decided to try this recipe! x

✗ Ingredients Needed ✗

For 6” tin cake
7 digestive biscuits
40g unsalted butter
250g cream cheese
65g sugar (i used stevia)
85g whipping/heavy cream
125g greek yogurt or sour cream
15g cake flour
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
juice of half a lemon **opt out or put less if you don't like it sour, as the greek yogurt is also sour! personally i like that it gives it a tangy taste!

I’m using the Philips Daily Collection Air Fryer.
