New York Governor Andrew Cuomo holds a news conference on the coronavirus outbreak, which has infected more than 190,288 people across the state. On Saturday, Cuomo said that hospitalizations in the state from the coronavirus seem to be plateauing. He said the number of deaths in the state also seem to be stabilizing, although "at a horrific rate."
