Ingredients:
(12 buns in 220x220mm tray)
(A)
Yeast mixture:-
1. 5g yeast
2. 145g warm milk
3. 5g sugar
(B)
1. 220g bread flour
2. 15g sugar
3. A pinch of salt
4. 25g soften butter
(C)
1. 2-3 hotdogs (depend on the size of hotdog)
cut into 12 small pieces.
Preheat oven at 165°C.
Bake at temperature 165°C for 12 minutes.
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven.
