How to make The Bushie

Today we take a deep dive into a cocktail that we call The Bushie. This cocktail was a custom creation here at the bar and is dedicated to my mother in-law. Busha is the polish name for grandma, and throughout generations of grandkids saying it wrong, Busha transformed into Bushie.

The Bushie Recipe:

1 1/2 oz. Sambuca
1 1/4 oz. Simply Lemonade
3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
