Mountain Cabin in Alaska's Backcountry

An epic trip to the mountains with the pups yet again! This time filled with howling wolves, pink sunsets, caribou tracks and more. A splendid stay indeed, grateful to get outdoors and cook up delicious food. A massive 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮 to our YouTube Family, you Rock! ❤️

~ No Bake Frozen Cheesecake with Berries ~
Ingredients
2 packages French butter cookies (can substitute graham crackers)
2 tbs unsalted butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
juice of lemon
1/2 cup blueberries and lingonberries (can substitute any frozen berries)

Preparation
1. Crumble cookies for crust.
2. Melt butter, mix into crust crumbles and push into a container of your choice.
3. Melt cream cheese and coconut cream, mix together well. Remove from heat, add vanilla, maple syrup and lemon juice.
4. Pour mixture into container with crust, add topping.
5. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
