A phat slice of hip-house, Clap Clap continues CLiQ’s reputation for crafting big dancefloor bombs with a lot of attitude. Focused around a sultry female vocal, the track has a sparse arrangement that lets the voice guide the way. Low slung bass, shuffling tribal percussion and distorted synth beeps form the groove, and the vibe that’s created it a seriously sexy one for deeper dancefloors. There’s still plenty of crossover appeal in it too thanks to the excellent vocal performance.
