Mr Gold Dangler parody JJ Walker Mr Bojangles

Well I kinda curved off my usual course doing these political parodies, but it seems the country is veering off course from democracy and I aint going to passively let it happen. So here's my peaceful way to protest. Lyrics:

There is a man, Gold Dangler and, he lies to you, so through and through
To the GOP, he seems to be, the epitome, of virtue and truth.

He learned his trade, the faux charade, from McCarthy’s sage, the sly Roy Coyn,

The highest prize, is no surprise, it would be to win the presidency,
Play the populist, pump your fist, and don’t resist, to make claims you can’t keep.

Same side of fence, as the populists, sits industrialists, who funded the big win,
Then huge tax breaks, to his richest mates, flew out the gates, let trickle down begin,
It came at a cost, oh such a cost, government services were drowned.

Now see the all gold, hanging bold, in every fold, throughout the White House,
In contrast, with the budget lapse, oh the common saps, have less crumbs than a mouse.
Gatsby would be proud, oh so proud, as workingman is pushed further down.
