TheRide launched the test phase of the QUANTUM, automatic wheelchair securement station, at an event at the University of Michigan's Mcity. The event gave riders with mobility devices a chance to test the QUANTUM and independently secure their wheelchairs on public buses with virtually zero driver assistance.
