Rosalina (Swimwear) is a spotlight in the Marine Tour. At the time this video is published, she has 4 top Frenzy tracks (could change). Her special is the Coin Box. This is the 1st Rosalina alt to show her bare feet (just like Fairy Daisy), also the 1st Rosalina alt to have a Coin Box be a special skill and not Dash Ring for the 2nd time. Blue Soda is a reskin of Soda Jet. It’s special is Dash Panel Plus. It currently has 4 top shelf tracks by the time this video is posted (could change). Finally, the Luma Parafoli is back from Vancouver. It’s special is Lighting Plus. It was a spotlight gilder back in Vancouver Tour with Rosalina (Aurora) and Comet Tail.
Note: Blue Soda only appears in this 1st race. Rainbow Road will show parts of gilding with the Luma Parafoli (but the full race is shown).
