2017 Silverado No Start + Guage Dropouts | CAN Bus Failure Diagnosis!

This 2017 Chevy Silverado came in with a strange and dangerous issue: intermittent no start, gauges dropping out, loss of RPM and oil pressure readings, and even power steering assist failure. On top of that, the truck had multiple communication codes stored.
In this video, we dig into the CAN bus network to find the root cause. A faulty transmission control module connector and an ECM with internal resistance issues were hidden culprits.

-CAN Bus resistance test shows 120 ohms ( missing one resistor )
-Faulty butt connectors at the TCM connector
