Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer, joined by Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva, announced the charges facing the pair of men wanted in connection with a string of armed robberies and shootings that targeted a series of 7-Elevens and donut shops across the Southland, killing at least two and wounding several more.
