Min Max Chart in Excel

In Excel, we often wish Charts had conditional Formatting to enable us to guide a viewer's eyes to parts of the chart that tells the story. But Conditional Formatting doesn't work on charts. So as it is so often the case when a feature is missing in Excel, we will just build our own. This is a simple example of how to build a Min-Max Chart in Excel. So a chart where the minimum and the maximum values are highlighted to draw immediate attention.

This tutorial was made using Excel 365, but all methods work with Excel 2010 and above.
