Duomo di Milano, or Milan Cathedral, is one of the most iconic landmarks in Italy and the largest church in the country. This stunning Gothic cathedral took nearly six centuries to complete, with construction beginning in 1386 and finishing in 1965.

The cathedral is renowned for its intricate façade, adorned with more than 3,400 statues, 135 spires, and countless marble details. At the top stands the golden statue of the Madonnina, the symbol of Milan. Inside, visitors are awed by the vast nave, beautiful stained glass windows, and impressive artworks.
