Thanks to his incredible climbing, Alberto Contador has won all three Grand Tours (Tour de France, Vuelta a España and the Giro d'Italia) and he doesn't look like stopping anytime soon. We joined Alberto at Tinkoff-Saxo's pre-season training camp where he explained how he trains for the climbs, the gears that he uses, and how to attack. These are tips that you can apply to your own training and climbing.
