short ranking for impatient people:
1. Morrowind: 10/10
GOATed storyline, GOATed spell crafting mechanic, GOATed world.
2. Skyrim: 10/10
incredibly fun and super open/free. all of the mini storylines are great to go through, but the main storyline feels a bit lacking compared to Morrowind's incredible story.
3. Oblivion: 8.5/10
great voice cast, and the remaster looks absolutely beautiful. the story is also very fun to playthrough. however, it is quite a bit more streamlined compared to Skyrim and Morrowind.
4. Daggerfall: 7/10
love the Unity mod, but the OG version sucks. The world is HUGE, so you have to fast travel. this makes the game feel VERY streamlined. Very fun game (with the Unity mod), but there are better games in this series.
5. Arena: 4/10
yeah... no. there are better games, so you should play a different one.
