Soft and fluffy muffin with a crunchy muffin top and bursting chocolate chips throughout. I love making these chocolate chip muffins to take on-the-go to work, or have with tea for breakfast! Friends and family will love them too:)

Ingredients
✰ ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (110g)
✰ 2 large eggs, room temp
✰ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✰ ¾ cup granulated sugar (150g)
✰ 1 cup milk (250g)
✰ 2 tbsp sour cream (30g)
✰ ½ tsp salt
✰ 2 ¾ cups all purpose flour (330g)
✰ 2 tsp baking powder
✰ ¾ cup chocolate chips (120g)
✰ Coarse sugar to sprinkle on top (optional)
Tips:
✰ Yields 11 muffins.
✰ You can purchase coarse sugar at your grocery store or a baking shop. It adds a delicious crunch to the the top of your muffins!
