This video depicts LA County sheriff and Malibu Creek State Park shocking families who are out to enjoy the day with a completely over-the-top response to rescue a fallen person with a hurt foot, just watch the video and you can watch everything unfold in the dust storm and chaos created from this helicopter. The fact that the families here had absolutely no warning about what was happening what was going on and why, and instructions to vacate the area for safety in advance was just absolutely an oversight and unacceptable behavior. This video needs to be shared with your directors and training to learn from the experience. I think it was disrespectful to the public and showed a complete lack of any thought involved. I spoke to a volunteer with the state park. He said these types of things happen several times a month, so this for you guys is routine. You absolutely could’ve done better with how you handled the public here…
